    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

    Unfortunately, we are only shipping out in Canadian provinces & territories.

    Returns & Refunds

    Eminence Beauty is all about customer satisfaction, but if your purchase does not meet your needs, we're here to assist. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. All final sales items are non-refundable nor exchangeable. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (the package should not be torn, bent, untied, or have missing items). You’ll also need proof of purchase and a picture of the undesired item(s). 

    To start a return, you can contact us at eminencebeautystore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, and you received your package by delivery, you will be charged the shipping fee depending on the charges (see fees) or else, we’ll send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the package is received, you will be eligible for store credits, which will be valid for 24 months. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    DAMAGES & ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    For hygienic purposes, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as;

    • Items that could be worn (wigs, bundles, ponytails, buns, clip-ins, wig caps, durags...etc.)
    • Items on sale or promotion
    • Gift Cards
    • Unsealed items
    • Cosmetics (lashes, lip-care, foundations, make-up brushes...etc.)

    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

    EXCHANGES 

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    REFUNDS

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credits that will be valid for 24 months.
